Additional Information
Airport Pick Up
- McNamara Terminal meet driver next to carousel 6 in the baggage claim area.
- North Terminal meet driver next to carousel 2 and 3 in front of Legends Bar.
- International flights the driver will meet the passenger in the international passenger waiting area outside the US custom doors.
- Do not go outside to look for driver call us immediately.
- If passenger takes another vehicle that is not associated with our company it will be charged as a no show.
Reservations
- We recommend making reservation at least 24-48 hours in advance to make sure driver and vehicle availability.
- Confirmation emails are sent out within 24-48 hours after making reservation. Please review and reply or call us with any corrections or changes prior to pick up.
Cancellation Policy
- All reservations are non refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service. If reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to service we will cancel it at your request with a $15 cancellation fee.
Wait Times
- Passenger has a 15 minute grace period after that we charge $20 for every 15 minutes. This does not apply to pick ups from the airport.
Airport Transportation
- Driver will wait 30 minutes after flight has arrived in the baggage claim area. If no contact has been made with passenger you will be charged as a no show.
Car Seats
- We don't provide baby or booster seats. Passengers must provide secure seating for any minor.
Flight Delays
- If your flight is cancelled or delayed please call us immediately and email us updated itinerary (replying to confirmation email is acceptable).
Vehicle Damage
- If professional services are required to clean or repair vehicle it will be charged to credit card on file.
